You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- A proof of purchase or order number is required
- Personalized or monogrammed items (including certain gift ornaments)
- Food & Drink products (for health and safety reasons)
- Opened candles (for safety reasons)
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as such on product page)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping Options
You may choose any shipping carrier for returns, but we recommend using a trackable service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- In your email, specify the replacement item you’d like
- If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
